You may make an unrestricted gift that allows the Foundation to direct your donation where the need is greatest or you may allocate your gift to a specific program such as the Flu Shot Clinic, Home Health Care or Cancer Care.

Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital is a non-profit organization, and your gift is tax deductible to the full extent of the law. The Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital Foundation is a separately incorporated 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Our Internal Revenue Service tax identification number is 48-0862732.
Your donation to the Foundation is greatly appreciated. It will be acknowledged with a thank you note and a receipt that can be used for tax purposes at the end of the year. Donors who give $100 or more per year will be recognized and listed on our Honor Roll of Donors.

Named for the year the Hospital was built with a philanthropic gift by Frank S. Allen, the 1931 Society is an honorary gift recognition and appreciation program to honor those who have made a planned gift to the Hospital.
Members are honorary and are defined as anyone providing written documentation stating that a deferred gift (bequest from will, trust, insurance, etc.) has been established for SBAMH.
